Whats a girl to do..............

Happy Valentines day - I for one am sat here on my own blogging, so much for romance eh. It all started off very well..............


hubbi "Shall we go out for a meal?"

me "ooh that sounds like a nice idea"

THEN...............................


hubbi "what day is Valentines on?"


me "Thursday"

hubbi "oh well you know what I do on that night" (cycling over the hills.....and far away)



So whats a girl to do.............Retail therapy thats what.
The local craft shop has some GORGEOUS new stash from K & Co

Ok piccies are not going where I want them to, the last pic is of the book and in the middle are the acetate pages, which is shown on the other pic. The piccie with the birds are stickers which come in the kit along with papers, chipboard letters, clear stickers and word stickers. It really is a lovely little kit and so much better IRL.

My final word on Valentines- Here is a great idea for using up the kids crayons, best remember it for next Valentines Day eh.

I have finished this little project of my DD and her friend.



My daughter has written on the little tags in the pocket saying what she enjoys about their friendship.

I am off to eat my chocolate and have my drinkie.....or two in peace!
