Easter parade of photos...................

I love this time of year, the blossom on the trees and the bluebells are adorning our garden, just need the hayfever to kick in now LOL.

"Countrytastic" at the 3 Counties Showground-A fabulous day out

Heather and I went to the 3 Counties Showground over Easter to go to the "Countrytastic"show, and I have to say it was fantastic. It was a god awful day, raining, cold and we were totally unprepared apart from I had the foresight to get us into our wellies, but we had a fantabulous time. Heather was in her element, stroking any animal she could get her hands on, and there were plenty- horses, sheep, goats, chickens, birds of prey, donkey's,cow's, a big bull, dogs galore. In fact i found it very hard to keep up with her, she did not know which way to turn first bless her.
I have to say the value for money was excellent, we paid £4.oo each and apart from looking round at all the animals there were dog and bird of prey displays, and LOADS of things for the kids to get stuck into and have a go at. Thoroughly recommend it.

Finally......................OK call me very sad but I needed some herbs for some new recipes I wanted to try out and when I saw these I could not resist, I wonder why............
